Returns Policy – Creo55

Note: This is a translation. The Dutch version is legally binding.

1. General

Creo55 strives to deliver high-quality products. Because most items are custom-made, legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply.

2. No right of withdrawal for custom-made products

According to EU law and art. 6:230p BW, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer specifications, including:

– 3D letters
– stickers, boards, printed materials
– personalised designs
– items produced using customer-supplied files

Once production has started, cancellation or return is not possible.

3. Standard (non-custom) products

For non-personalised products, customers may return the item within 14 days, provided it has not been used.

4. Return conditions (standard products)

– unused and undamaged
– in original packaging if possible
– return shipping costs are paid by the customer
– refunds processed within 14 days

5. Damaged or incorrect products

Report damage within 48 hours with photos via: info@creo55.nl.

6. Exceptions

No returns are accepted for:
– personalised products
– damage caused by misuse
– items showing signs of use
